La Calhène Transfer systems

Transfer systems allow the transfer of components or products in and out of an isolator without breaking its integrity.

Transfer systems can be uni-directional, bi-directional (DPTE transfer systems), continuous or batch type.

The transportation container is filled on the production site, by means of the sterile filling isolator and is then transported to the processing site where it is emptied under sterile conditions within the unloading isolator.

The transfer system of La Calhène makes it possible to transport products in bulk sterile conditions and eliminates any risk of microbiological contamination during transfer operations.

Transfer is the key to containment of material, especially plastic, into a sterile manufacturing suite. It also provides core sterilization of product and supplies.
