Isolators prevent secondary contamination of the product during aseptic filling and packaging operations.
Pre-sterilized packaging (bottles, caps, protective caps) is introduced into the aseptic filling and capping zone via sterilization airlock or sterile transfer systems (DPTE-BetaBag®).
The bottles are filled and capped in the sterile environment.
The output of the sealed bottles is protected from any risk of contamination by the airflow generated from the over pressurization of the isolator.
